Prawn Fritters

Plain Flour
corn Flour
cooking oil/melted butter
1 full tsp baking powder
coarse black pepper
salt to taste
water to mixed

*clean fresh prawns, remove all shells left tails attach. dash with salt & white pepper, leave aside.
*Mix everything together, mix water one at a time until the batter become very thick. you the batter come too watery, add more corn flour and plain flour to thicken.
*Dip in fresh prawns and deep-fried into hot oil till golden brown and served hot with thai chili sauce.
